Revamped Dashboard UI

We’ve completely redesigned the dashboard for a modern, intuitive, and data-rich experience.

  • Enhanced Visuals – Improved layout with better data visualization.
  • Refreshed Design – Updated color scheme and typography for better readability.

Channels Management for System Alerts & Reports

A new notification system allows users to route system alerts, health checks, and reports, etc. to different communication channels.

With this feature, you can now receive real-time notifications for system events, connectivity issues, and periodic reports via Email, API, and Matrix integrations.

📖 For full details on how to configure and use Channels, visit our documentation.

RTP Monitoring Dashboard

We’ve introduced a new RTP Dashboard, providing real-time visibility into RTP traffic performance and quality. This feature enables proactive monitoring and troubleshooting for VoIP traffic, ensuring high-quality communications.
🔹 Get Started Now: Navigate to the RTP Dashboard in the UI and start monitoring your RTP traffic today! Visit our documentation🚀.

Automated Periodic Jobs for System Maintenance & Monitoring

The new periodic job system automates key maintenance tasks, system health checks, and reporting. These jobs run at scheduled intervals, ensuring optimal performance, data retention, and real-time system insights.

📖 For full details, check the documentation🚀.

Automated Report Generation & Scheduling

We’ve introduced scheduled reports that can be generated daily, weekly, or monthly and sent via selected channels. These reports are generated as PDFs using a headless Chrome instance for easy sharing. Once generated, they are automatically sent to the selected notification channels.

UI Improvements

  • 🔹 User Account Now in Top Navbar - We've relocated the user account section from the sidebar to the top navbar for easier access and a more consistent UI.
  • 🔹 Time Navigation Controls Moved to Filter Bar - The time navigation dropdown has been moved from the navbar to the filter bar for an intuitive experience.
  • 🔹 Refresh Data Interval Now in Top Navbar - We've moved the refresh interval setting from the time navigation panel to the top navbar, making it easier to access and manage.
  • 🔹 New Popup Design for Stored Filters: We introduced a new design for managing stored filters, providing a clearer interface for saving, listing and managing saved filters.
  • 🔹 Improved Notifications UI & Functionality - We enhanced notifications to be more user-friendly and interactive.
  • 🔹 Redesigned Monitor Page (Formerly Settings Page) - The Monitor (Settings) Page now features a cleaner tab-based design, where related settings are grouped together for better navigation.

Interactive Chart Dropdown

Added a new interactive dropdown in dashboard charts, allowing users to export chart data, customize chart preferences, view chart details and view Elasticsearch request/response details directly from the chart interface.

Users can access these options via the three-dot menu on the top-right corner of any chart. 🚀

Chart Settings Enhancements

We’ve introduced new per-chart customization options for improved control over chart behavior.

  • Per-Chart Animation Control - Users can now enable or disable animations for each chart individually through the chart settings.
  • Number of Items to Display - A new configuration has been added for donut charts, allowing users to specify the maximum number of items to display.

These improvements provide greater flexibility in visualizing data while optimizing performance where needed. 🚀

Global Chart Animation Control

Global animation settings are now available under General Settings Tab on the Monitor Page.

  • Users can now choose to Enable, Disable, or set animations Per Chart globally.
  • This allows for better performance tuning and consistency across all charts in the dashboard.

Initial Time Range Configuration for Monitor

We’ve added a new setting that allows users to define the initial time range for data display when logging into the Monitor. Users can now choose their preferred default time range (e.g., Last 15 minutes, 1 hour, 5 minutes, etc.) instead of the default 6 hours. Which helps improve load performance by limiting the initial data fetched.

Home Dashboard Enhancements

We’ve made several improvements to the Home Dashboard to provide more real-time insights, better navigation, and improved clarity of key metrics.

  • The dashboard now displays live updates for actual incidents, active calls, and current registrations at the top of page.
  • Users can now click on Critical/High or Medium/Low Alerts metrics to be redirected to the Alerts Dashboard with the respective severity filter applied.
  • A dedicated Call Agent Availability chart has been added to the Home Dashboard for better visibility into agent status.
  • Type Date Heatmap Chart Relocated - The chart has been moved to the end of the dashboard for better organization.
  • Terminology Refinements:
    • "# Attempts" → Now called "Call Attempt"
    • "# Finish" → Now called "Call Finished"

Improved Dashboard Table Customization

Users can now customize dashboard tables by adjusting column positions (drag & drop), visibility, and width. These preferences are saved in their user profile in our database, ensuring a more personalized and consistent experience.

Bug Fixes

  • 🛠 Different general settings like Monitor Name, Default records visible in tables are now applied instantly without requiring a manual refresh.

  • 🛠 Fixed SRC/DST Realm Dropdown Filters in Connectivity CA were not functioning correctly.

  • 🛠 The long list of call agents is now scrollable, ensuring better navigation and usability.

Removed Alarm Settings Dashboard

Several outdated alarm settings have been removed now. These include alarms related to short calls, frequent call attempts, limit violations, message drops, authentication failures, and MOS quality monitoring.

Removed SNMP Configuration

The SNMP configuration has been removed from the settings. Users relying on SNMP should transition to alternative monitoring solutions.

Removed Alarm Configurations in Settings Page

The alarm settings have been removed and replaced with our new alerting system. This includes email alerting, and logstash alarm processing,.etc.
